Delivery – Free UK Delivery for orders over £45 (2nd Class Royal Mail)

                 2nd Class Royal Mail – £3.75 for orders under £45

1st Class Royal Mail    – £4.90 for orders under £45

Cards – Now we are selling our own Handmade Cards there is also a postage option available for Cards Only (select at checkout). *Please note this is done on weight so if your cards exceed the weight for a large letter, the standard postage will be charged as it will become a small parcel.

1st Class Royal Mail  –  £1.50

Please allow 5-7 working days for standard delivery. Gift sets may take longer so please allow 7-14 working days for these.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply.

Delivery is limited to the UK only.

Packaging – Whenever possible we will use packaging material that is recycled and/or recyclable. Also we will often re-use packaging from parcels that have been sent to us when packing your goods to send to you.

Returns – If you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchased you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your order. We offer a full refund of the goods purchased or an exchange. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs incurred.

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
