HOW TO USE:

• • Start by cleansing your face thoroughly.
  • Apply your moisturiser, serum, or a mask.
• Roller 
  • Start rolling on one side of your face outward and upward from the centre (or both sides at the same time with two Jade Rollers).
  • Use gentle pressure, roll from the centre of the face, outwards.
  • Repeat each movement 4-6 times. Repeat on both sides of your face.
  • Use the larger roller for your face and neck and the smaller roller for the delicate areas around your eyes and nose.
  • You can use your roller every day for 5-10 mins
• Gua Sha 
  • Start scraping by sweeping along your chin, jawline, mouth area and cheeks around to the eye area and the forehead.
  • Then with the big flush, move along to the neck area.
  • Repeat 4 to 6 times.
  • Use your Gua Sha twice a week for 15-20 mins.

HOW TO CLEAN:

• • Wipe gently with a dry or slightly moist soft cloth on the crystal parts.
  • Never use hot water or harsh chemicals and cleaning agents as it will erode the finish and polish on the roller.
  • For long-term care, you can lubricate the connectors with a plant oil (like coconut) to ensure smooth rolling.
